Privacy Policy

Vyomo helps Filipinos abroad see a property before they buy it. To do that well, we collect only what we need — and we never sell it. This policy explains what we hold, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Vyomo Inc. (“Vyomo,” “we,” “us”) is a buyer-side property scouting service based in Cebu City, Philippines. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, email hello@vyomoph.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information we generate on your behalf:

  • Contact details — your name, email, and phone or messaging handle (WhatsApp, Viber) so we can deliver your report and coordinate the scout.
  • Booking details — the property address, listing link, seller or agent contact, and any specific concerns you ask us to check.
  • Scout deliverables — the photos, video, and written findings our scout produces for the property you requested.
  • Payment information — processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the instrument, never your full card or bank credentials.
  • Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about how our site is used, to keep it fast and working.

3. How we use it

  • To schedule, conduct, and deliver the scouting report you booked.
  • To communicate with you about your booking, quote, and follow-up questions.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To improve our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Independence and sellers

Vyomo is paid only by you, the buyer — never by sellers, agents, or developers. We do not share your identity or interest level with the seller’s side unless you explicitly ask us to. Where a scout must contact an agent to gain access, we identify ourselves as an independent inspector acting for a private client.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with:

  • Our scouts — the independent inspector assigned to your property receives the address and your specific instructions, and nothing more than they need.
  • Service providers — payment processing, cloud hosting, and communications tools that operate under confidentiality terms.
  • Authorities — only when required by Philippine law or a valid legal request.

6. Retention

We keep your booking records and deliverables for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your deliverables sooner once your report is received.

7. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may access, correct, object to, or request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@vyomoph.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the details of your purchase as confidential.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
